Why?  I don&#8217;t know.  I could rationalize it, if I needed to do so, but I&#8217;ll not bother, because it could be that none of the reasons I conceive have, really, anything to do with it.<\/p>\n<p>Do that mean I don&#8217;t have &#8220;free will&#8221;?  No.  It means that some, if not most, of my &#8220;free will&#8221; works subconsciously.  That some philosophers interpret the involvement of subconscious processes in making decisions is myopic privileging of the conscious mind, the conscious &#8220;ego&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Well, that was a digression&#8230; :-\\  I had intended to just relate that I had some musings about &#8220;mindfulness meditation&#8221;, but that I wasn&#8217;t really ready to write anything about it.<\/p>\n<p>My streak, as of this morning, for language study with Mango Languages for Libraries is six days.
