New Self-management Practices

I started, yesterday, another log to track my self-management.  This morning, it occurred to me to make opening that the first thing I do when arising for the last time in the morning.  I’ve done some reformatting, and adding columns, which I will continue, later.

I also will be opening this, my blog, immediately afterwards.

I’ll also introduce daily review of my priorities.  I’ll use a prioritization of my list of aspirations in this.

I’ve done this kind of thing before, but, having an effective combination of medications, at long last, to mitigate the effects of my mental illness, I expect to continue, improve, and use, these practices to effectively manage my time to become as productive as I have wished for … a long time.
